Everything about this place is great. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room is very comfortable, shower is warm with good water pressure. The breakfast is good with many options. The hotel also has a restaurant that serves hot pot at a very reasonable price! It might seem a little expensive but it is totally worth it.

This stay has been amazing especially thanks to all the staff that was truly the best ! Thank you so much Hossein, Ridoy, Shantoosh, Sugi, Sudep, Bal, and all others I don't remember the name, for attending us like VIP guest. Also, the massages from Arika were extremely relaxing and professionnal. At the beggining we just came to have dinner at the hotel restaurant and we appreciated so much the service that we finally stayed in Cameron Highlands Resort for 4 nights. I cannot wait to come again to Malaysia and being back in this hotel which feel like home in a luxury way !

We had a pleasant surprise, the property gave us complimentary dinner in addition to the breakfast as it was the month of Ramadan!
