It boasts perfect ski-in ski-out access and ski storage, as well as indoor/outdoor hot spring baths. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Everything! Front desk personnels are all very friendly and customer oriented. They are very warmth in welcoming us and attended to us kindly. The lady front desk from Malaysia was very kind to us and we appreciate all their assistance during our stay.

At the resort, every spacious room has a desk. Every room is equipped with a private bathroom with an open-air bath with a lake view and shower. At WE Hotel Toya, the rooms have a seating area. We enjoyed our stay very much here. The facilities, including room, onsen, and restaurant, were fantastic and very beautiful. The room was spacious, and well equipped, which made our stay very comfortable. Staff were lovely and extremely helpful, including helping us contact local businesses for our needs. Staff paid close attention to detail, which enhanced our experience. The restaurant also catered for my dietary/allergy needs. The views from our place were exceptional, and we could see the beautiful sunrises over Lake Tōya from our room every morning. We would definitely stay here again next time.

This property is situated a short distance from attractions such as West 1st Quad and West 2nd Quad. Guests can dine in the on-site restaurant or relax in the bar. The staff were all very friendly and even took extra steps to decorate our room for our honeymoon, which was a pleasant bonus.

This is a lovely hotel with beautiful clean rooms, comfy beds and lots of tastefully furnished lounge areas. There was an exceptional buffet breakfast which helped fuel us for hiking at Shiretoko National Park. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and used translation apps where there were any English language gaps. The onsen area was very big and relaxing. The area around the hotel made for a lovely evening stroll, and it was also a walk to the main strip and beaches.

Location is perfect if you like ski in ski out, quieter area of Niseko that has easy access to lift infrastructure.

The hotel offers shuttle buses each day to and from popular ski and town locations. Ski hire can be booked through the hotel and delivered to the hotel ski lockers which made things a lot easier.
