It was very clean and although we were in the apartments they were cleaned every other day kitchen was hidden in a cupboard so kids didn’t feel like they were sleeping in the kitchen. location is amazing for walking into the town for the evening . There is beach access just across the road with pedalo and kayak hire. Staff were friendly and treated the kids so well. And nearly forgot to mention the huge pool ! We come to this area a lot as I have family here and will definitely stay here next time. Best in the area!

The room was very clean, the bed very confortable , coffee machine in the room (very good coffee), and a basket for breakfast. Very nice and enough. We felt really good staying at Francesco's.

I loved the incedibile landscapes, starting form Etna Volcano extended to the near beatutifull waves of the see, the amazing, friendly and professional support of all the staff. Fantastic tastes of the restaurant and the smooth and natural food for breakfast.

Staff were great, especially Selena who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious and very clean and the views were to die for! The breakfast was also lovely with a multitude of different sweet and savory freshly baked goods every morning.

The pool area lovely and the setting, against a backdrop view of Etna, was stunning. Sunsets were incredible. The beach is literally one minute walk away, as is a fantastic supermarket. The restaurants very nearby are superb, well priced and great service. The kitchen area in the apartment is well equipped and the washing machine a life saver if you are staying for a long time like us. It is a perfect base to explore the island (car needed but parking space free and apartments gated and secure). Taormina, Etna, Savoca nearby by car. All in all, our stay was fabulous!

Just across the street is excellent ocean swimming. You could not ask for a more accommodating host than Anna. We are already planning to return.

There is a children's playground and a sun terrace at this property and guests can go snorkelling nearby. massive, clean and comfortable 1 bedroom flat, with great private terrace with views and balcony. however the highlight was the owner. a very kind gentleman who is waiting for you to have a perfect stay offering complimentary presents and 24/7 phone assistance about queries of the flat. whats more on my last day he took me in his car to the train station
