The holiday park has a sauna, children's playground and picnic area, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. Great communication and lots of useful information before we arrived. Super friendly and approachable host even though we didn't meet in person. Accommodation was beautiful, modern, clean and Jo had thought of everything we might possibly need for our stay. Jo even provided tea, coffee, milk, orange juice, scones & clotted cream. The hot tub was wonderful and relaxing. The site itself was very clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. Jo provided a Guest guide which also included things to do in the area - its in a great location for Paignton Zoo and the Paignton-Dartmouth Steam railway, both only a few minutes drive away. I honestly cannot think of any negatives about this caravan and site. We had a great stay, just wish it was for longer...but I'm sure we'll be back!

Woodford Bridge Country Club is a charming thatched building, with a variety of elegant rooms. Each spacious self catering apartment offers an en suite bathroom, flat-screen TV , and tea and coffee making facilities. Free Wi-Fi available throughout the resort. It was really good vacation place. Especially for families who has got an kids, it's brilliant. Check-in and check-out process was really smooth and easy. The house was pretty good and we loved that peacocks (they are little bit noisy). I can just say they should be fix that pressure of the bathroom taps, because that small electric heaters are not enough for this kind of place. That's why we mostly has been got our showers in the leisure centre. But we loved this quite and well place and of course we will gonna be there again soon. PS; they does not allow to do any barbeque by visitors but still you can made by tasty foods oven freezer, fridge and other applicances which you can find in your home. Indoor swimming pool and leisure centre was good as well, you can park your car front of your door! I really asked myself, why are we lives so far from this place? I would like to go there every weekend! And please don't skip bike riding at the Tarka Trail!

There is free Wi-Fi and free parking, and Dartmoor National Park is 25 miles away. The food was amazing, totally enjoyed it. The hotel is located in a quiet area with lovely views. The room was super comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly.

So we absolutely loved this resort, the view from out apartment was absolutely beautiful, the staff were super helpful and the pool and sauna are stunning. 100% would recommend staying here and will for sure be staying here again my Self 👌🏻
The property was amazing! I couldn’t believe what we had paid to stay in such luxury. It was made even better by the private hot tub which looked over a lovely field full of sheep and lambs. Just such a beautiful and relaxing space. The food was amazing also and the staff were fantastic!

Loved this cottage. My husband and I brought our dog for her first trip away. What an amazing place! Totally home from home. Everything supplied from bedding to dog bowls. Bed linen is hotel quality, as are the towels. This cottage is pure luxury with a well-kept garden for a spot of sunbathing (weather permitting) and for dogs to have a run around. Helen and Richard have thought of everything to make sure your break is perfect. Close enough to general holiday beaches but far enough away to miss the crowds.
I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Everything was perfect. A very high standard, from the fabulous breakfast with spectacular views overlooking Dartmouth, to the immaculately kept accomdation. I honestly couldn’t fault a thing. We’ve visited Dartmouth previously but never actually stayed in the resort, but so glad we did. Lots of great restaurants and lovely walks. We will definately return.
The Apartment was really clean and had everything you need to have a comfortable stay. It felt like a luxury hotel. The furnishings and utensils were all of a very high standard and the extra touches like fruit and a cream tea were very nice. It felt like they have thought about all the things that are lacking in holiday accommodation and made sure they have included them in this one.
The property was cosy and comfortable with everything you needed for your stay.Prime location to get to all the nearby beach resorts and local amenities such as supermarkets and pubs.
Perfect family resort!
Location was perfect as I was planning to leave early morning after breakfast, travelling to M5 and North It is close to Sidmouth and only a few miles from Lyme Regis and the other beach resorts Good choice of food for evening meal and there was a wide selection of food for breakfast They even found me a smart plug for my phone as battery was flat!
Quiet location near nice walks and close to local beach resorts and donkey sanctuary next door.
