Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . The view was absolutely stunning. I even did a reel with it " This is my view today.. How was yours" And I strongly believe the room was upgraded. Reserved a double classic room but got a double panorama room instead! Insanely beautiful panorama view I have to say! The breakfast comes with many choices. We definitely kickstart the days with happy tummy from the yummy breakfast! The Room Janitor did an excellent job in tidying up the room meticulously, arranging our all over the place open luggage so that we can more spacious walk areas and even changed our wet slipper and gave us a new pair! The outdoor and indoor pool was enjoyable especially when it was a rainy day with bad weather and low visibility to go up the mountain and the jacuzzi was so so so relaxing! Awesome! High recommended to all! Definitely booking again next time!

Staff, design, smell, view, atmosphere, food, facilities, location... All of these were exceptional and we felt it every minute of our stay ! We loved looking around and enjoying the attention that was kept in each and every detail. Thank you for a wonderfull time, we will be back

Boasting a lift, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. This 4-star apartment offers private entrance. We enjoyed very much staying in Montela Apartments. The apartment was super cozy, well equipped and smelled really good. Also very convenient location. Thumbs up also for the friendly staff.

The prices in the restaurant are reasonable. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to a meeting when I stayed at the hotel. Fortunately ample restaurants are reachable on foot are after a short drive.
The staff was very friendly.
the breakfast wasn’t extraordinary, but all products were fresh and the coffee was excellent.

We were told to stay at Alpen resort instead of LaPerle apartments Facility at resort were nice.
The location is very close to the resort, 5min by foot. Nice car park and easy accessible. Lots of kitchen tools. That was great. Also great view.
Le Cervin is an institution that received a superb and much needed lifting. The new spa and pool are a great addition. A perfect plan for sportspeople and families who want to stay away from the luxury of alpine tourism.
The hotel was 100% satisfactory and relaxing. We loved it and would return if going back to this resort. The leisure facilities were excellent, very clean and fresh in a rustic design. Who would not come away feeling refreshed???? Amazing!
The studio is small but fully functional and spotless. Close to a bus stop with frequent buses to the different ski resorts and to the train station. Close to grocery stores as well.
This Hotel is family run with attention to detail priority .Marc the owner is very friendly host always available to give advise on the resort .
Everything about the Rifflealp was over the top. This resort exceeded all our expectations. The staff was over the top accomodating.
Location is as good as you can get in Zermatt. Ski bus outside, Sunnega a flat 5 minute walk. Staff were super friendly and gave us invaluable tips on where to ski when; It felt like we had a private resort in half term! Food was excellent, we ate dinner there twice and had an excellent breakfast every morning. Bathroom was superbly finished. Bedroom was comfortable and clean but not quite as luxury as the bathroom.
