Situated 450 metres above Lake Lucerne on the Bürgenberg mountain, in the Bürgenstock Resort, the Waldhotel Health & medical Excellence was designed by star architect Matteo Thun and features the Waldhotel Spa and Verbena Restaurant with its own bar on site. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. The spa facilities in waldhotel has a peaceful environment. The room is amazing with its terrace. The cleanliness is 10/10. The toilet has electric water spray! The breakfast is serves fresh and delicious food. This is our second time in the hotel!

Beautiful hotel with breathtaking view. Wonderful staff especially the staff at the restaurants. Excellent breakfast and service. Highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back again.

Big and cozy room, very welcome stuff - did all the best for earlier check-in. Clean in the room and very luxury in the corridors. Provide Luzern card that gives you free public transport tickets (can be asked in advance)
This hotel is in an excellent location was super quieter and spotlessly clean, it’s not super luxury but more cool utilitarian love it would stay again anytime very helpful and friendly staff

The hotwl has a stunning position over looking the city and lake. It is breath taking. The interior design and comfort far exceeded my expectations. The service was professional and personal, unlike my usual visits to hotels like The Kulm and Sacher resort where I found the service fussy and unfriendly, overly invasive. They nail it here. I received a great welcome with a glass of prosecco and was really looked after in the bar and restaurant. It is simply a great place. I am already planning my return visit.
The hotel is very conveniently located for public transportation into Lucerne and to other towns near the mountain resorts. It offers views of the lake. The owner was extremely helpful and made me feel very welcome.

This is an absolutely spectacular hotel! The scenery, the design, the staff ( a special thanks to Leon!). This is a 5 star hotel with all the luxury and elegance but no pretension.
Very patient, friendly and helpful staffs which is a luxury in Switzerland🫣. Big rooms and nice convenient location. We had a good night stay there.
The breathtakingly gorgeous views of Lake Lucerne and the mountains in the south. And of course the infinity pool and the affiliated facilities. All in all, everything is just wonderful about this amazing resort!
