The location of the property is great, can’t beat it, from the flat straight on the ski slopes. Really well look after flat, the host was really helpful and always responding. We are definitely going back there.

Location is emazing. Hotel is on the top of the hill surrounded by pines with fresh air and nice view. Breakfast is very diverse suitable as for vegetarians as for non. Always friendly staff.

Great value for money. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice balcony. The view was very beautiful, looking at the Batak lake. Delicious and high quality breakfast and dinner. All facilities were very well kept - the restaurant, the spa, the warm indoor pool! The staff were extremely nice and helpful. This hotel is 10 times better than all overpriced hotels in the near town of Velingrad! Definitely coming back soon!

Lovely hotel and great location. Tasty food. Highly suggest it. Can't wait to come back again soon. The lake near the hotel is quite average size.

Stream Resort also offers an indoor swimming pool with a hot tub, a wellness centre with aromatherapy steam bath, Finnish sauna and massage rooms. There is a gym available to guests as well as a children's room. Food was great in both restaurants, the temperature of the Spa pool was great, and it wasn't too crowded. There was even a free shuttle to the slopes. Staff was nice and polite. Apartment was great, and spacy, it was quite, it was perfect.
