The apartment was spacious, fully equipped, large balcony, great view, exceptionally clean. The spa and wellness area was perfect after a day of skiing. Ski bus stops in front of the property taking you to the slopes in a few minutes. Th village has everything you need too. I would stay here again.

It was absolutely one of the best vacations we took as a family. We have 4 children with wide range of ages from 2 to 14, and everyone had fun on the slides, even we as adults enjoyed sliding with our kids. We were there in June, which is off season because Austrian and German kids are at school until July. So, the lines were very short and if we went to the park after dinner, we were almost alone, which was incredible. Staying at the hotel Paradiso made our stay a lot easier as we were able to go in and out of the park easily. The downside of coming there off season was that the padding zoo was not there yet and all parts of the park except for the Aquapulco (kids part) were closed. But the saunas reopened on the last day of our stay and the saunas were amazing! They have a wide choice of different saunas, and also two snow rooms. It’s available only for kids over the age of 16, and rightfully so as people walk there naked. We sneaked some of our kids there in the evening around 9 pm when there were almost nobody left there and the kids loved the saunas too. I wish they have at least one hour - two hours designated each day for kids to attend and not allow any naked adults, so the kids can also get the full experience. The food was OK, very thoughtful breakfast with lactose free option of milk, butter and cheese and freshly squeezed orange juice. Dinner was good enough with some dishes tasting better than others. Staff was incredible polite, friendly and helpful. Overall we had a stress free, worry free wonderful relaxing time in there. We liked it even better than Disney Cruise that we took two months ago.

The beds are incredibly comfortable, breakfast is a treat, staff is polite, and the views are captivating. After a long hike, the sauna at the hotel provided the perfect relaxation. Highly impressed and eager to return.

In every season, many sports and leisure activities are offered in the surroundings of Dilly - Das Nationalpark Resort. Pool was great, staff even let us in outside of opening hours. Quality and taste and selection of the food was probably the best from all the hotels I ever visited. Food is sourced locally and selection is really wide, you get to order main course and desert like in regular restaurant but in addition to that you have wide variety of selection from a la carte. Gym was nice too, but mostly commercial machines and not much else like proper squat rack. But it is modern and you get to try lots of new equipment. There is lots of wellness and sauna option to choose from, unfortunately I did not have chance to try them all as they are not working 24/7. The staff is really nice, helpful and friendly. Although some seem to be new and not yet perfectly oriented, but that is normal.
