Everything!! Staff behind reception were lovely and friendly and very helpful. Suite was gorgeous, balcony with views of Alcatraz, loved just watching the world go by. Comfortable bed, it was great having a kitchen. Roof top balcony had amazing views towards golden gate bridge and Alcatraz. Really close to fiahermans wharf and the tram station. Car very secure in the garage. We loved our stay here, you won't be disappointed ❤️

Friendly reception staff, spacious room with a lovely lounge on level 14 with complimentary tea/coffee.
Close to Union Square, cable car, buses and trains. The most comfortable bed I slept in during my 6 week journey.
Ideally located in the heart of San Francisco's Performing Arts District, near vibrant Hayes Valley neighborhood.

Central, clean, updated hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Can’t recommend this lovely hotel enough- especially the kind and accommodating staff we met, Daniel and Ban.
The Claremont Club & Spa, A Fairmont Hotel boasts 3 on-site dining options including the signature Limewood restaurant, 2 heated pools, a children's pool and 10 tennis courts.
Travellers who truly “get away from it all” trust resorts to provide the pinnacle of all-inclusive relaxation. Resort guests are invited to enjoy communal onsite amenities like pools, spas, restaurants, activities, excursions and shops, and stay the night in luxurious private rooms, villas or apartments.
the location is unbeatable, directly next to Union Square, Cable Car, Market, lots of high and low level restaurants around. Hotel and equipment a bit worn, don't expect luxury. The shower didn't work, only bathtub faucet worked, hotel staff didn't know how to switch either. So I had to take a bath every morning instead of a shower. Wifi is fast and uninterrupted.
This hotel was amazing! 2 mins walk to Fishermans Wharf so excellent location
The staff are all mega friendly and there are loads of little extras included in the resort fee like free tea and coffee in the morning, cookies and milk in the evening and free postcards and mailing costs!
Very friendly staff, were able to check me in about an hour early. Within easy walking distance of Union Square. Comfy bed. Several restaurants within an easy walking distance. Excellent value for the area. No resort fees (most in this area have them).
We had stayed at The Orchard Hotel on our first visit to San Francisco and we decided to stay here again on our second visit. We love the location of the hotel (near Union Square, shops, restaurants, cable car, all transportation and even within walking distance of rental car offices). The hotel itself has a subtle luxury and is very comfortable. Staff is very polite and accommodating.
Great location in Chinatown made it walkable to the Pier area for sightseeing and Alcatraz cruise. Lots of food options around the property, which felt safe even late at night. Rooms were spacious and functional (obviously don't expect luxury). Free parking was not an issue for us. Staff were great and approachable.
Staff were friendly and professional.
Room was spotless.
24 hour water and cookies. Morning (maybe it’s 24 hour, too?) coffee. All complimentary.
Right off Union Square.
Great value and no crazy resort fees.
No luxury but perfect location close to Union Square and Cable Cars. Friendly staff, sufficient breakfast. Good for a short stay, don't need a car. Room was absolutely okay, service every day.
Great staff, so kind and helpful from arrival to departure, the rooms were spacious and well equipped
Everything had a luxury feeling about it, the manager greeted us with a bag with water and nice chocolates, and hemeven helped getting the luggage out of the car and up to our room, great location away from the sketchy parts of san francisco and a 5 minute walk to chinatown
