The staff were very friendly and professional. Some of the best I have ever experienced. The manager asking at the breakfast able - each table if their needs were being met.. Something other firms should take note of. We will be back for such outstanding service.
Location choice downtown was great choice! Beautiful historic building. The staff was very friendly from beginning to end, offered us an upgrade. The room was very nice & clean. We were one block from the St Louis arch and Cardinal stadium/Ball Park village with several choices of restaurants was all within walking distance.
I love the idea of all inclusive breakfast, dinner, cocktails in the evening. We missed out on dinner because were late arriving due to visiting with family.
I absolutely love the all inclusive breakfast and kick back. We can tell that safety is a priority in this building. The rooms are always very clean and cozy. The front desk representatives are always kind and welcoming. If Drury is an option for our stay, there really is no better choice.
