The location of the Berkeley is great, close to downtown Richmond. We had two rooms that exude luxury. The staff, in particular Raeyvin and Chris, were very helpful during our stay.
The property is beautiful. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The golf course surrounding the three-building hotel campus did support its resort distinction.
I stayed here overnight to take an early morning exam at the local test center. It could have been a really stressful stay given the circumstances, but everything was well taken care of, clean, and comfortable. I enjoyed the hot tub and appreciated the choice of drinks and snacks in the lobby market area. Made for a smooth and all inclusive stay.
Not my first visit, not my first choice. Usually a last resort, however with each visit. I can see the efforts in improving. The staff are always great and accommodating. If you need a place to stay, you can do a whole lot worst. I know because I've been to worst. The Knights Inn on Broad is heading in a positive direction.
Beautiful, scenic property. Not far off of the beaten path and you feel like you’ve entered a resort. Plenty of parking. Spacious room. Beautiful, comfortable bathroom. Restuarant on site with room service available. Will definitely stay here again.
The resort is gorgeous. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We slept so well. There is also plenty of parking. We booked 3 rooms for a family stop over trip and they were all great.
