The hotel is in an excellent location. Near enough to everything but just on the perimeter so it quiet etc. The decor is gorgeous and the room perfect with little touches of luxury.
We decided to stay here because it was close to the smoothie king arena. this hotel exceeded my expectations. the staff was very nice. this hotel felt like a resort. with restaurants, bars, and even a Starbucks. 10/10 stay.
I think the criticism of this hotel is unfair. I nearly cancelled after reading some of the reviews. I’m glad I didn’t. This hotel is charming and billed as a 2 star so don’t expect luxury but it’s a quaint historic property in a great location at one end of Frenchman street. That means it is right in the midst of great bars, cafes and breakfasts. But we had a room set back off the street on the inner courtyard and didn’t experience any of the noise that other guests have complained about. Staff were lovely.

The spacious rooms ensured everyone's comfort. The attentive staff and delicious dining options added to the joy. A truly memorable family retreat!

the staff were amazing, super professional and very kind. we loved how all the staff recognized us and remembered our schedule to help accommodate us better when we come in from work. housekeeping and front desk have been amazing as well as the manager, she was amazing. Leo was also extremely helpful and very kind. we will continue to stay at this resort just because of them.
Check in/out. Walking or short Uber ride to all of our destinations in the city. Friendly staff.
Clean will decorated room with a balcony over the street. Comfortable bed. Small but well appointed kitchen. The whole resort was clean and attractive.
The hidden fees not disclosed. it was loud. we were on the 17th floor and heard traffic as if we were on the 1st floor. the pillows were terrible. we had to get our own towels and rooms not cleaned. they blamed Covid! if I have to do my own housekeeping you should stop the resort fees. Covid is over. we asked for all bath towels and bath mat. did not get it! the staff was very rude! as much as you have to pay they could smile!
