Situated on the banks of the Napa River, this California resort features an outdoor heated pool and accommodation with patios, fully equipped kitchens and flat-screen TVs. It is 1 mile from Napa Valley Wine Train.

The houses are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. We booked 2 rooms with the request to be close to each other. upon arrival we saw that the two houses were next to each other with common patio in between, which was very nice. Each house has a parking place in front so it is very easy to park and carry luggages. Although we had checked out, we came back after our wine tasting experience in Napa and relaxed for a few hours by the pool side.

We booked this property so that we can play golf and pickleball. It was a good decision. Bed was comfortable with little outdoor space. Our room was next to the laundry so we can do our own laundry Many green areas around the resort. Beautiful setting. The spa and sport center across the property with nice tennis and pickleball courts. Good selection of sports wear at the boutique too. Easy to find, by the main road and easy to go around other places, restaurants and to the nearby vineyards. Well recommended!

The hotel/estate is absolutely beautiful inside and out. We found the staff friendly, very communicative and accommodating, and check-in was convenient. Our suite was spacious, super comfortable, and the full breakfast was delicious. We really liked that downtown Napa where our we reserved a table for dinner was a short walk away. Another thing we appreciated was the lack of extra charges, and that parking, breakfast, etc. was all inclusive.

The room was huge with kitchen, family room, and a great Bathroom. Plus it was half the price of the hotel section (Grand Meritage). It had a fireplace, and the kitchen was fully stocked. They even gave us a free bottle of wine. The resort area had 4 winery tasting rooms, and multiple restaurants onsite.

Loved that the resort was centrally located. It was close to restaurants, and a short drive to many of the Canero's region vineyards. And minutes from downtown Napa.

No map of resort. Corroded lock box. Not as advertised-not a “home.” It was a bedroom with bathroom in a larger condo. Not a “holiday home.” Bathtub did not have a plug so only shower. Bed mattress worn out, air conditioner vents thick with dust. Directions to hang key in box-only problem— flathead screw to hang key on is larger that hole in key. That I have a photo of-it just summed up the whole experience.
