Staff super friendly and accommodating. Towels in bathroom very nice, thick and soft. Bed comfortable. Location by mountains is beautiful. Heated water spa pool and hot tub was great. Overall great experience and deal!

The staff was excellent, very helpful and had the answers to every question. We were directed to an excellent place for dinner outside the resort. Everything was clean and very quiet. The hotel met our needs with an easy location to spend a quick night on a road trip.
Ludlow's Gem was exactly what I was looking for, clean, quiet and comfortable. It was close to town and Okemo Ski Resort. In additon, the wood stove was so nice to have.
Loved the place got lucky and had some beautiful weather to hang out by the pool. I had a massage and facial at the spa. The facial was delightful. The Aveda products are used. Dinner at the Castle was a beautiful experience. The food was delicious and the setting amazing. Sorry to hear about the devastating flooding earlier this year. Everyone in town takes it in stride and helps each other out. Sweet little Bermont Resort town.
Location was very convenient to Okemo Ski Resort. Well supplied with dishes, glasses, utensils and cooking tools. Provided with some toiletries, paper towels, hand, dish and dishwasher soap, trash bags, towels and bedding, which was nice not to have to bring your own. The condo is spacious, so there is plenty of room.
