The location, first of all, cannot be beat. If you need to be in the center of Boston and are on a budget. This place is perfect. It's not a luxury experience. But it's safe, quiet and the wifi worked without a problem. The a/c and heating worked, the shower worked great - good water pressure and temperature. If you like no-frills and amazing deals hotel travel, this is a great place to stay.
The hotel lives up to its core principle: Affordable Luxury. There are pleasant European breakfasts, delicious coffee, an excellent lobby, a beautiful view of the city from the lobby, and many pleasant decorative details around.
STUNNING VIEW FROM THE HARBOR VIEW ROOM! Resort is sleek and gorgeous. Very friendly staff. Rooms are sumptuous! Loved the voice activated drapes and sheers. Free Parking was a HUGE plus! The whole resort was super clean and looked brand new. The food was fantastic and the casino was elegant. Way more than we expected!
The staff at this hotel was incredible. It was the best experience I've had with staff at a hotel, including five-star luxury hotels. They are a great team.
