I loved touring the beautiful grounds, amenities, beach access and the watersports activities that could be done or purchased from the site. The staff were always friendly and helpful, "Jambo, Jambo!" Even saw one of them at a bazaar in stone town and he was the same cheerful person (Sadick from the poolside bar). The hotel is true luxury and lives up to its name.

The staff was amazing and really made sure, that we have everything that we need. Since the hotel on the pictures is currently under renovation, we got a room in the Canary Nungwi Hotel with a free room upgrade and free 60 minutes massage for each one of us. It would be better to place some information in the Booking.com description, that the hotel is a different one, but they really cared well for us at the other hotel, it was a great stay and they definitely made it up for that small confusion. They also let us stay a bit longer on our last day and gave us a different room, such that we could shower once more before heading to the airport in the late afternoon.

Some hotels are not worth the money they are charging in Zanzibar. No hygiene full of insects and the tap water is salty! Zenobia was the last day of my stay in Zanzibar. I wish I did not spend that much money on an all-inclusive hotel. The owners were very kind. The staff were great, and the location was the same as the expensive hotels around. Better services. Affordable.

Exceptional, attentive service. Special commendation to Chef Idd Ali who offered us the most delightful, specially prepared meals! Absolutely adored the palm-woven hat and vase adorned with hibiscus and frangipani that was gifted to me. The all-inclusive offering was worthwhile and highly recommended. Diverse cuisine and variety of flavourful food offered. The entertainment area is lovely with pool tables, table tennis, darts and books. Very easy access to the beach and walking distance from the departure point to Mnemba.
