Located in Chiang Mai, Phoo Na Resort features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, restaurant, and free WiFi throughout the property. The property is around 19 km from Chiang Mai Bus Station, 22 km from Tha Pae Gate and 22 km from Chiang Mai Night Bazaar. The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available.

The list of what we liked is long: the room has plenty of space, incl. storage space; all the windows had bug screens (in 2 weeks we had zero mosquitoes in the room!), and the bed was excellent. Wifi was fast and reliable, and the fridge worked well, too. It's possible to rent a scooter/motorbike, and we were even able to get (pedal) bikes, too. The staff are wonderful: friendly, competent and kind. Phoo herself is a wonderful hostess, so helpful, caring and good-natured. The food at the restaurant was excellent - and inexpensive! The large terrace has a lovely view, and there are countless chirping birds all over the place. The pool itself, as well as the pool area, is lovely. The whole place - incl. the beautiful gardens, is well maintained and decorated with love. It was hard to leave after feeling so at home - thanks again, Phoo & staff! Bonus tip: visit the Tweechol Botanical Garden (ca. 15 min away by car) - best w/a bike rental (inside the park).

From the moment I set foot in Palm Villa Chiang Mai, it became crystal clear that this isn't just a place to stay, but an experience to cherish. Every little detail is tailored to elevate your experience, making it an oasis of modern luxury with an unmistakable touch of elegance. With an ensemble of amenities like a cinema room, an English pub, and not one but multiple swimming pools, you will find yourself enveloped in opulence. One of the standout features for me was the cinema room. It's a cinephile's dream come true. The room boasts state-of-the-art sound and projection systems that would make even Spielberg jealous. It's such a unique and extraordinary amenity that sets Palm Villa Chiang Mai a notch above the rest. Very nice resort, big and pleasant, with plenty of activities within and not far either from the city center and the countryside leisure areas. Not too busy for the time of the year. Good staff. Breakfast and meals good quality.

The resort is beautiful and very nice. The owner is very friendly and helpful, we came in late and still he agreed to prepare dinner for us, while normally he would require some advance notice. We would have loved to stay some more time to fully enjoy this great place.

This resort has one of the best gardens I have ever seen. Stunning infact. The Zoo however was not the best, especially as I'm an Ozzie and seeing the Sulphur Crested Cockatoo's clearly distressed and ripping their feathers out?? The animals all need to be returned or looked after MUCH better.
