Staff very honest. Wrong amount of tax charged on check in. I didn't even notice. They called after we got to room to inform us of mistake and money refunded in cash within 5 minutes. We didn't even notice error. Birthday setup for kid was amazing and really good price for cake and decorations. All smart tv setup in rooms. Backyard bbq area. Very quiet laid back location. Setup for cooking with all required utensils.

The facilities, the staff, the resort itself was worth the money spent.
We had taken the apartment with a private pool. Kids loved it and so did we.
Mahmood was a gentleman. He addressed all our requirements and made sure we had an amazing time.

The persons on reception were good i think their names are Wael and mahmood, both gave excellent service but overall it was fine experience. Location and resort itself a good place for kids to enjoy.
I like the environment of the resort. I like the café inside the resort it was amazing at night time...! everyone must visit and get the experience about the Rohara Resort.
The property hasn't changed at all. I first visited them back in 2021 when the resort was newly opened; however, after 2 years, they have maintained the same level of hospitality.
Neat and clean resort for families.
Resort is suitable for kids with the pool and plays,but maybe for the common people who are staying there not taking care of the property and the cleanliness examples can see plastic bottles been thrown inside the pool,there were plasters and can consider not clean..
