    Closeness except for the current roadworks outside the hotel Hakim I think he was from Africa the br who works in the cafe next to checkout reception upstairs he was amazing always was ready to give his outstanding service very helpful on places to visit I think his potential is not valued by others in the management he needs to go much higher than his current position a valuable asset to the hotel Mohamed New Zealand checked out 30 dec 2023

    Perfect location near a lovely promenade and some fantastic restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel is modern but has a distinct Saudi style: dignified luxury, nothing flashy. My room had lots of space and all the basic supplies, including many free water bottles. I could adjust the AC and tightly close the blackout curtains, which is why it was the best sleep I had for a long time. The personnel were very welcoming, friendly and quick to help. Highly recommended.

    That's definitely the perfect place to stay in luxury while visiting the prophet's mosque. It's a few steps from the mosque and the hotel is very well equipped to facilitate your holy experience.
