    Staying at this hotel in Madina was an absolute delight! The breathtaking view it offered for free was simply beautiful! From the comfort of our room, we were treated to panoramic view of the Masjid e Nabawi that left us in awe. The hotel's attention to detail and impeccable service only added to the experience, ensuring a stay that exceeded all expectations. The breakfast was also amazing! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect blend of luxury, hospitality, and unforgettable views in Madinah al Munawwarah.

    My stay at Aya Hostel was truly enjoyable, thanks to the excellent staff and impeccable cleanliness. However, the only downside was the location, which I found to be a little far from Masjid e Nabvi. Additionally, being situated in the old streets, similar to most of the Madina area, might not be everyone's preference. Despite this, I still had a pleasant experience and would recommend Aya Hostel for its outstanding service and cleanliness.

    "I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Abderhmane at the reception desk, Mr. Sapan Mohamed for his diligent work in maintaining the rooms, and the breakfast team for their outstanding service. The hotel is simply magnificent, and the value for money is impeccable. Additionally, I commend the Saudi government for their excellent work in infrastructure development. Bravo!"

    Closeness except for the current roadworks outside the hotel Hakim I think he was from Africa the br who works in the cafe next to checkout reception upstairs he was amazing always was ready to give his outstanding service very helpful on places to visit I think his potential is not valued by others in the management he needs to go much higher than his current position a valuable asset to the hotel Mohamed New Zealand checked out 30 dec 2023

    Perfect location near a lovely promenade and some fantastic restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel is modern but has a distinct Saudi style: dignified luxury, nothing flashy. My room had lots of space and all the basic supplies, including many free water bottles. I could adjust the AC and tightly close the blackout curtains, which is why it was the best sleep I had for a long time. The personnel were very welcoming, friendly and quick to help. Highly recommended.
