The views and facilites are fabulous. The staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful. We loved Palomino Island and the waterpark and pools in the resort were incredible. Excellent food.

Garden and the pool area are gorgeous. Room was nice. Staff was friendly, if you don´t take into account the extra charges they were trying to make us pay.

We loved the entire experience! Nothing to complain about! We loved every minute of our vacation! The resort is beautiful inside and out! The landscaping really caught my eye as well!
The breakfast buffet was outstanding. There were a ton of options and everything was really good. Service was always outstanding. You literally don't have to leave the resort at all if you don't want to. Pools were clean and there were always plenty of fresh towels and chairs to sit.
The location is near RioMar Resort, Luquillo, Fajardo and El Yunque Rain Forrest. Which is good.

It was nice to have every thing included there at the resort. Most everyone was helpful and pleasant. The bellman were the best with the most information. Having the property right at the beach with ample umbrellas and chairs was perfect!
The location was perfect. Close to both Ocean Villa pools. Parking spot was close to the Villa. A short walk to the Wyndham Resorts restaurants and casino. Close proximity to the Rainforest, Luquillo and Fajardo, and an easy drive from the San Juan airport. Villa was beautifully remodeled including new appliances.
The staff was exceptional and was always there to help in any way possible. Extremely easy check in process, the valet was always quick and accommodating. The breakfast staff was also great! We did not go the pool bars too often, but when we did the drinks were good and bartenders were friendly. I think the staff really was the shinning star of the resort.
The hosts were lovely, they were attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to help us. The property is no frills, but clean and private, and we just needed a place near the resort to stay for a few nights and this worked well.
