Modern, luxurious, beautiful room, view of water and mountains, newly built property, pool use available at the gorgeous Hilton resort across the road, staff were friendly and helpful. Our apartment was in a great position in the complex. Bed was very comfortable. There was a beautiful 2 km path around the lake into Queenstown village. The resort also had organised a shuttle in / out of town . Excellent service. The staff at reception were universally very knowledgeable and delightful to deal with. We shall return.
