Quiet and comfortable. Very relaxing. There’s natural hot spring and get to see the natural habitat of Malaysia Rajah Brooke butterflies.
Travellers who truly “get away from it all” trust resorts to provide the pinnacle of all-inclusive relaxation. Resort guests are invited to enjoy communal onsite amenities like pools, spas, restaurants, activities, excursions and shops, and stay the night in luxurious private rooms, villas or apartments.
It's all about what you expect.
The accommodation is called 'Tekoma resort' though it's not what you would expect as a resort (Tekoma does not have a pool, no spa, no gym, no sauna, no restaurant and als no elevators. Stairs only).
It's more a 'backpack plus' accommodation. E.g. the shower has a 5 step manual to get warm water. There is no shower curtain so your toilet gets wet when the shower is on. Etc.
Yes, the staff is very friendly and eager to help.
We enjoy the place so much, it’s beyond our expectations, it’s like a luxury hotel but in a tent! I love the part that we even have private toilet in our tent, tv with so many subscriptions channels to watch, cooking set are so complete and they do included very nice breakfast! Definitely will stay there again next time.
Tekoma Resort staff were amazing! They picked us up from the bus stop and then provided free rides into town in the mornings and evenings. They treated us like family when I hurt my foot taking me to the hospital and running us around to find crutches etc. They ran a fabulous day trip to the tea plantations and gave us tips for hikes and eating out. They provide a buffet breakfast that is delicious. Their hospitality is outstanding and they are so welcoming and helpful. It is a peaceful environment to stay in, away from the hustle of town.
The staff is awesome, friendly, and I feel like staying with a big family here! The resort is located away from the streets, which keeps it quiet, allowing you to enjoy the hill view and cold breeze. It's also pet-friendly; I met Yen Yen, the orange cat, and two Persian cats, which were so cute! The convenience is exceptional; I managed to directly rent a motorbike from them, saving my time dealing with external parties. I will definitely make this my first option for my next visit.
Room very spacious with king size bed. Nice view from the balcony with a table and chairs for each room. The resort is very clean. Inside room have android tv with Netflix, hair dryer and a kettle. They also provide water dispenser (coway) and ironing place outside the room.
For 3 days breakfast is delicious with each day different main course. I definitely like the sambal. The breakfast buffet doesn't have many selections but its still fill my plates.
The reception staff very helpful credit to the uncle make us fast check in .My score 10/10 to this resort .The room very clean and comfortable .My family enjoy staying here.
In a quiet and peaceful location, situated close to one of the main hiking trails. Staff are extremely welcoming and the resort offers day trips to see the main attractions in The Highlands.
