The resort is easy to locate. The surrounding area is calm and peaceful. River stream and pool are within the compound so restricted/controlled crowd. So many trees, the area is well maintained.

    I think it's scam. Nobody answer phone call the resort given. Nobody waiting at checkpoint due to need 4x4 vehicle to bring me n family to resort.

    The design of the room is very special and unique. Its really an experience staying in such built and something off compare to normal hotel/ resort room. Even the 'room' just good for one person, if 'two' person would be a bit crampy.

    environment. the waterpark, and the food, but not from the hotel restaurant, at the food stall in laketown resort. the food at the stall is more choice and delicious than at the hotel restaurant.

    the room totally in very bad condition, smelly, bed not clean at all, mattress out of expectation, all furniture was already old & broken, need more improvement in future for customer satisfaction. really not happy, disappointed resort
