I was there for a weekend stay, a short retreat away from the city. The facilities were amazing where you wouldn't have to leave the resort. We explored pretty much all the facilities with the Crystal Cave being our favourite; it was very calming and zen. Other than the private bath in the room, there's also the public hot dipping pool with a serene view, thermal steam cave and ice bath, and the meditation cave. Also, loved that we could grab a free ice cream on the way back to our room.

The bathroom is very luxury. The staff is ok. Specially at night all carpark full. But they give me a solution which is superb. And I left my son pillow after check-out which the hotal staff manage to keep it for me. Thank you very much.

Facilities are extremely good, breakfast is outstanding, one of the finest private resorts for couples to stay in Malaysia. Very clean, staffs are super friendly, this is my second stay, definitely coming back for more.

Very nice resort with an excellent swimming pool and a very nice trail to walk along with shade and surrounded by trees. The staff were very helpful and polite. Would not hesitate to recommend this resort to others to spend their vacation here

Good location, not too far away from Ipoh city. A nice smell welcomes you as you enter the hotel, feels like entering a Spa resort. The room is rather basic but definitely value for money.
