Mulu Marriott Resort, resort in Mulu

Nestled amongst the natural and lush greenery of the rainforests near the border between Malaysia and Brunei, Mulu Marriott Resort is located on Melinau Paku River in Miri. The resort boasts a large fitness centre, pool and a sauna. It is 20 minutes from the Mulu Airport by car.

It's amazing to build and maintain such a high standard hotel. Really not easy. We got an upgrade and enjoyed very much the premiere suite during our 4 days stay at Marriott in Mulu.

    It was a nice pleasure to be guests of Diana! She was helping us from the very first of our steps in Mulu till departure. Answering all the questions, transport to and from the park, making for us tasty breakfast. The house is not a luxury property, but it contains all the necessities for travelers.

    I had an incredible stay at Mulu Marriott Resort! The facilities are top-notch, service impeccable, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. The breakfast and dinner buffets were a delight, offering a fantastic local and international culinary experience. The spa was excellent, adding a perfect touch of relaxation to my visit. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, and don't miss the chance to explore Mulu National Park, conveniently close by. A truly memorable experience!

    We loved absolutely everything. Staying at the resort feels like being in paradise. The architecture and gardens are stupendous. The staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful and efficient. A special mention must be made of the quality of the food : it is almost unbelievable to discover such a talented chef in the middle of the jungle : the restaurant can compete with the best in Kuala Lumpur or Singapore. We would come back only to have another taste of the bamboo chicken!

    Beautiful hotel in an amazing location. We stayed here for one night after a night in the jungle and was a very welcome dose of comfort and luxury. Breakfast was great and staff were amazing in looking after our bags before we arrived and arranging additional transport outside of the shuttle service.

    The resort is in a beautiful location - only a couple of minutes from the national park. The staff are extremely helpful, caring, and friendly. There is a shuttle that takes you to the airport and park whenever you like. The food was very tasty and there were a lot of vegetarian options. Loved our stay.

    The whole resort was just a luxury haven in the middle of the jungle. Rooms were big and comfy. The massage in the Spa was fantastic - haven't had such a good massage in a long time.

    The refurbished suites are ultra luxury and very nice. Great quiet aircon. The buffets at breakfast and dinner had good variety and the food was excellent. The staff are charming and helpful, mostly.
