Hotel Mendoza is not a luxury hotel, but provides everything a traveller needs. Beds are comfortable, the shower is good and there is lots of hot water. Staff is excellent!

We picked RIU as all inclusive, it was not, not even breakfast. Fridge empty had to call for water

the best staff you could hope for, it’s a little oasis of luxury and great value. Nothing beats the morning mimosas and they have a great kitchen and menu. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!
The rooms are beautifully decorated and veruly comfortable amd the hotel really gives off the luxury boutique hotel feel.. staff are great and helpfuk and the restaurant downstairs is amazing!
This place is always clean, and well kept. The way this place was designed reminds me of some of the resorts I find by the beach, so this is a beach hotel in the city.
Very comfortable, clean and big room with nice hot shower and not overpriced. This hotel is much better than many other more expensive hotels in this area! Friendly staff! Beautiful old building. The location is great to explore the relaxed, nice city Guanajuato. If you want to experience the real Mexican way of life you should go to Guanajuato and stay in this hotel. If you only stay in Cancun in a big hotel resort you haven’t seen the real Mexico.
the hotel has spacious luxury rooms with beautiful gardens, location is also very nice in a central area, rooms at big and personal very friendly. good and breakfast, splendid!
Breakfast is one of the best in town, it looks like you are eating breackfast in one of these luxury resorts at beach with a variaty of options to eat.
