Location was beautiful and well kept. Big pool and beach access was a plus! Service overall was top notch, from front desk, concierge, pool staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping and concierge. Piaf (Adult only) was our favorite restaurant, and Lucca was second with kids. But honestly, the food selection overall was great for a 3 night stay

I enjoyed my experience in this hotel - the staff was friendly and helpful, food was always fresh, all facilities were always clean. I didn't go to the beach as it didn't look like the beach you would normally spend your vacation on (big waves, zero people around, but someone can actually like it :) the "adults only" concept of the atmosphere had additional value for me, having the quite atmosphere. I would say that this is where people are looking for relaxation, not crazy partying :)
We arrived early in the morning and were invited by enjoy all benefits (restaurants, pools etc) before the check-in with no additional payment.
Facing the seafront, Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta offers 5-star accommodation in Nuevo Vallarta and has a private beach area, free bikes and outdoor swimming pool.

I'll start by saying all of the serving staff were excellent. At the bars, at breakfast, in the restaurants and the cafe, all of them were amazing. The hotel itself though, was very poor. Firstly, checking in and checking out was an ordeal. Secondly, lots of problems with the room. The fridge wasn't cold, the safe didn't work, the air conditioning was good, but because there was no seal around the door, it could never get fully cool. The plug in the sink didn't work, the cleaning was variable at best, the door didn't function properly and was really awkward to open. It just felt like the place was poorly maintained, and I know that there were many issues for other guests too.
You had to line up at 6am to stand any chance of booking a restaurant table for that evening. There was a policy that you can't reserve sunbeds, and your stuff would be removed after 45 minutes, never enforced, ever, other guests just reserving them all day! The food in the restaurants and the buffets was ok, at best, although I must say, the fish tacos at the snack bar were very good.
The location was great and the pool was a great place to hang out, but whilst I would be happy to visit Nuevo Vallarta again, I certainly wouldn't book this hotel.
Travellers who truly “get away from it all” trust resorts to provide the pinnacle of all-inclusive relaxation. Resort guests are invited to enjoy communal onsite amenities like pools, spas, restaurants, activities, excursions and shops, and stay the night in luxurious private rooms, villas or apartments.
Property cleaned well daily. I didn't get to try any of the restaurants that you reserve sadly, but they looked good. Nice location, liked the painting activities and other amenities throughout the resort. I'll have to come back when I'm not there for medical reasons and can enjoy the resort more...
Tons of things to do close to resort. Very nice beach and friendly people.
Very nice to have a restaurant right across the street for breakfast and lunch, and a Japanese restaurant kitty corner.
Easy access to the beach, and I loved that the resort provided beach chairs and umbrellas.
Quaint property, some odd things but this is Mexico. The town is not really a resort town - pretty gritty with cobbled roads and uneven walking. We felt safe here as there are many tourists. Excellent food and reasonable prices. We visited to attend the Banderas Bay Music Festival at Los Arroyos Verde.
The resort itself was great. The food was good with lots of different places to eat. There were 5 complexes and each had at least 1 of each restaurant, bar, and pool. The views from the balcony had a view of the ocean, pool, and garden. The ckeaning .ady on our floor was great. I kept our room clean but she provided anything I needed from water to bedding. It was a relaxing vacation.
The condo had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, with a total of three beds plus a large sectional sofa. It was on the beach, and right next to the all-inclusive resort where my friends were staying. Overall I liked the place.
This was our first time staying at this resort. We loved the location, it was nice to be able to walk into town. The pools were great, especially enjoyed the adult pools.
Great beach side pool and resturant. We went all inclusive and the staff at the beach pool were really attentive and friendly. The pina coladas especially were delicious!. The grounds and pools were lovely, nice and relaxing. Felt very safe in the complex. Easy parking and apartment was large.
