The cabana was nice and the bed was comfortable enough.
It is 3 Star well kept eco- resort. The food was excellent and the staff are super friendly. Met the owner few times. Food need to ordered well in advance as they prepare the food fresh.
Good location to the city. Have to say the manager and the staff are quick to respond to issues and resolve them quickly. They are super friendly and approachable. They try to do their best to make your stay comfortable. But the hotel need serious investment to refurbish and re decorate, it has true potential to be a luxury hotel in Batticaloa.
Very friendly staff, excellent food cooked to our preference, arranged our tour to visit places of interest. In short, it was one of the best resorts we've ever stayed. I'd highly recommend for anyone who wanted to have an enjoyable time in Batticaloa
We enjoyed the pool, dinner, resort environment, sea view, and nearby shopping center. We had a great one-night stay at the resort and it met our expectations. I would recommend it for both families and business travelers.
Very nice resort inside a coconut forest along the laguna with quite (and almost desert) sourrundings. Nice bungalow and rooms, fantastic pool with jacuzzi available for free. They organized a extra fee boat tour (8500 lkr for 4 people, 1 hour) at night to hear the singing fish in the laguna
Good location & food. Staff friendly and helpful. Shift Manager Palani, staffs Yasi & Robert were so helpful & friendly to us. Enjoyed the curry lagoon crab.....Boat ride at lagoon was good with nice scenery. Overall a fantastic resort with friendly & cheerful staffs. Highly recommended.
