    The rooms were very clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Security seemed higher than elsewhere perhaps reflecting current regional tensions - saw the same thing at another resort so not that this hotel was over reacting. We chose the package with breakfast and evening happy hours with snacks - this latter item was great value and sometimes all we had at night !

    I love this place, I’m a repeat guest and I will always remain a loyal guest, everything is excellent, the cleanliness, staff, breakfast, the attention provided to each guest is amazing, they are always there for you, if you need transfers, restaurant recommendations and reservations, they even helped me with reservation for a day pass at a resort at the dead sea which was very nice of them for always going above and beyond. Special thanks to the staff who are amazing people…

    This is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in! If you want to enjoy the luxury of a Ritz Carlton this is your opportunity; for that price you will never find something similar in Europe. I love the decoration, the atmosphere, the Chihuly glass, the works of art the wall paper. The room was amazing, very elegant and comfortable. The pool was great!! The staff in reception was very helpful.
