Hotel is a good 1.5km walk from the train station without luggage. With luggage you would need a taxi. Early Check in was appreciated and nice reception. You need to ask for hotel info though as none was given eg. wifi, pool, rooftop terrace with a spa and drop dead view was kept a secret! Map on counter. Best tip, walk across street and keep going to next cross street for great shopping & restaurants so no need to go into Riccione centro, which is a long walk or No.11 bus. No one told me about the closer option until I found it walking back from centro the first night. Rooftop is wonderful and no one seemed to know it was there, although the pool was packed with screaming children. Fabulous retreat for peace and quiet in this hotel.

We stayed in a quite basic room which we specially booked on a very short notice. And even this room offered a great value. The location of the hotel is wonderful. It’s right at the beach and still in the middle of great restaurants. The best thing about this hotel though is the family who runs it. Isabella and her two wonderful daughters Valentina and Beatrice make this place feel like home right away. This makes such a big difference to all the other „big“ hotels. They are so heartfelt and try to make everyone’s stay the best possible. Also Ghazal the breakfast hostess does a perfect job, help wherever she can, is very attentive and friendly. The breakfast itself and the bike rental is great as well! Evenings with a live DJ and karaoke made the stay really special. We had a wonderful with a great value - we‘ll be definitely be back.
