    This is a resort! The location is off-the-beaten path so if you want peace and quiet, yet easy access to local towns and villages, this is for you. Our room the large, immaculate, and the view was fantastic. We had dinner there 3 out of 4 nights and the food was creative Italian, a real taste treat, while breakfast was so great, we often skipped lunch. The entire staff was VERY helpful, and accommodating. The vision of the owner is spot-on for a relaxing stay. Nikis Resort is the perfect place to stay in Umbria.

    Nikis Resort provided a perfect countryside getaway. The area's natural beauty and breathtaking views were exceptional.     The resort locates in a stunning landscape and it was a memorable experience to stay there. The intriguing history behind its restaurant, which was an old church, and its transformation into a restaurant added a unique and charming ambience. The preservation of the original architecture, combined with contemporary elements, created an enchanting atmosphere. The food and wines served at the restaurant were wonderful. We particularly enjoy the dining experience in the alfresco setting.

    the property is breathtaking. the views are incredible. lots to do at the actual resort. we loved speaking to the owners and the staff, they were very friendly and informative. the food was super too! we will definitely be back :)!!

    Wonderful second trip to Nikis resort. Just as beautiful and charming as we had remembered. The location is beautiful and the buildings have been sensitively renovated, retaining the old charm but with all mod cons. The staff are very friendly and always on hand to help or to give recommendations of places to visit in the local area. Hope we will be back again.

    Staff was friendly. Resort had everything you needed, no need to leave if you just wanted to relax and enjoy the countryside. Food was delicious. We stayed in an apartment, plenty of room , patio was lovely. Many places on the resort to sit, relax, enjoy the view.

    Location is fantastic. The resort is located on the small hill with a marvellous view. You don't need to be afraid of crowded and noisy place, you can only experience birds singing and rustling trees. Indeed very quiet and relaxing place
