I recently stayed with my family for one night at Great Trails Wayanad by GRT Hotels, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The property has a premium feel, with high-quality facilities and supplies provided throughout our stay. We were warmly welcomed with a complimentary high tea and were pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to a villa with a balcony, which made the stay even more special.
The staff, particularly the receptionist, was very courteous and helpful, making our check-in smooth and pleasant. The room itself was beautifully designed and comfortable, though we did encounter a small issue where water from the hot tub leaked into the room. Fortunately, this was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise great stay.
The pool had a stunning view, but its depth of only 4 feet was a bit disappointing for those hoping for a deeper swim. Breakfast was another highlight, with a variety of options. Due to low occupancy, the food was served à la carte, and while the quality was good, the service was slower than expected.
One of the added perks was a complimentary foot massage, which was a nice touch. However, the massage staff seemed uncomfortable with the fact that we were coming in for a complimentary service, which detracted slightly from the relaxation experience.
All in all, our stay at Great Trails Wayanad was very enjoyable, with excellent service, amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere. The minor issues we encountered didn't overshadow the overall experience, and I would definitely consider visiting again. It is highly recommendable for anyone looking for a premium getaway in Wayanad. With a few small improvements, it could be even better next time!

My partner and I loved our stay at Konfudha Resort. Conveniently near the main highway, it boasts the biggest pool we've ever seen. The on-site cafe was fantastic, and the staff's friendly behavior made our visit special. Highly recommended for couples!
Location was within town and almost in center of other directional tourist places. Food was good. Breakfast had good options.
Reception person Raisal was very helpful in telling us which places to visit and guided us on which routes places are at which helped us plan the trip. He also showed us around the resort. Since it was cold weather we didn't use the pool.
The staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and functional and the view from it and the balcony is exceptional. The pool offers wonderful relief from the heat, and the wildlife, particularly the bird population, is fabulous. The whole resort is very peaceful. We only booked one night but came back a couple of days later as we loved it so much.

Place is really good, contact the staff before you reach there, because it's better to take their jeep to the resort, unless you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle, road to the resort is not tarred.
There's a small waterfall 50 meters away from the resort and it's great.
Overall won't forget this place, will be visiting again.
The property is located with a wonderful view of the mountains. The staff and in particular the manager Thomas PJ are excellent who understand the guests need and ensure that the resort helps them relax.
