Throughout my stay, the General Manager, Rohit, demonstrated a remarkable commitment to guest satisfaction. He ensured that every aspect of the resort operated smoothly, and his proactive approach to addressing any concerns showcased his dedication to providing a top-notch experience for guests.
Kudos to Tej Singh from Housekeeping for maintaining impeccable cleanliness and comfort in my room. Tastefully done up , gorgeous property overlooking the Dhauladhar Range. Generous sized rooms and bathrooms - eclectic interiors ( they are also in the furniture business , we were told ) . But the icing on the cake was the excellent staff - very efficient and eager to please ! Our thanks to Sahil ( a real credit to the hotel ) and Keshav , Sunny , Raju , Sushil - and chefs Amit and Jeetu ( who organized an early breakfast for us as we had a flight to catch ) . Food was really food , and so was service ! We had a comfortable stay , and were very well taken care of !

The resort is truly magnificent, nestled amidst snowcapped mountains with a river flowing alongside and surrounded by forest trees. The constant sound of the flowing river and the chirping of birds is pure bliss. Mornings are particularly stunning. This is a must-visit destination, and a stay of at least three days is essential to fully appreciate its beauty.
The location was fantastic with spectacular views of the Himalayan foothills.

The Resort was an easy drive to the centre of Dharmashala and tourist sites.

Naddi, Dharmshala is a small and beautiful village. We stay in Aromo's resort. Food is tasty and the view from restaurant as well as room is beautiful. Rooms are quite big & clean. We definitely come again.
