The nature and landscape were breathtaking and beautiful. It offered serenity and tranquillity. A suitable place to rejuvenate mind and soul.
The location was close to the Coban Rondo waterfall within reasonable walking distance for about 30-40 minutes from the cabin. But it was on the sealed road sharing with vehicles, not very safe for pedestrian. We ended up rent taxi bikes to back to the cabin.
The cabin was equipped by AI. The lights and the large glass windows were automated and we could turn on the nature sound like riverside or forest inside the cabin, made it feels more natural.

Great hotel with lovely facilities. Room service was great and the spa staff come to your room on request. The food was ok but they ran out of things like diet coke. Because of the way the resort is laid out, they took a while to collect us on the golf carts but apart from that it was wonderful!
The staff are very nice, attentive and helpful. The room was nice and spacious. The pool was lovely and had a resort feeling. The breakfast buffet was great with variety of options. The dinner was delicious as well. I highly can recommend the Spa. Best massage I had in a hotel.
The staff is very friendly and the hotel itself has everything what is to expect from a luxury hotel. They have an inhouse restaurant, spa and pool outside. The room was equipped with a dental kit, shower gel and shampoo. The view was nice, since you see the pool in blue light and behind the roofs of Malang (we were located in the 5th floor).
