    The staff are very nice, attentive and helpful. The room was nice and spacious. The pool was lovely and had a resort feeling. The breakfast buffet was great with variety of options. The dinner was delicious as well. I highly can recommend the Spa. Best massage I had in a hotel.

    The staff is very friendly and the hotel itself has everything what is to expect from a luxury hotel. They have an inhouse restaurant, spa and pool outside. The room was equipped with a dental kit, shower gel and shampoo. The view was nice, since you see the pool in blue light and behind the roofs of Malang (we were located in the 5th floor).

    The place was beautiful and it felt like we were in a very secluded and private island. The shuttle service to and from the room and front desk was much appreciated given how far the room was. Very serene surroundings and great resort vibes.

    The ambience of the resort was awesome! We stayed for 2 nights in a 4-beds room. The staff was very helpful to drive us from lobby to room and the other way around. The breakfast is great. Ooohh.. one more thing, it's go-food friendly.
