This is, by far, the best travel experience I've ever had. This hotel exceeds all expectations. Don't mind the bad reviews. I wish I could rate it higher than 10. It deserves it. First, as soon as we arrived, we got our room upgraded. Then, the hotel upgraded us to all-inclusive. We didn't ask for it - they just wanted us to be happy. Then, in our room, a free spa experience and massage voucher was waiting for u. The spa is amazing!! It was one of the best messages I got. On top of all the free upgrades, the hotel is simply beautiful. It is new and designed beautifully. It is spacious and super clean (you can eat off the floor). Everything was taken into account when they designed this hotel, with a great deal of attention to detail. The staff is super super super friendly and helpful - everyone! The food is wonderful! This hotel has a main room for food, like any other hotel. The food is good. But, if you ask me, any hotel's food is average. In this hotel, on top of the main room for food, they have 3 restaurants - Greek, Italian, and Latin. Eating in restaurants is included in the all-inclusive deal. The food in the restaurants is AMAZING! it is at a level of the top restaurants. So if you are a foodie, you are going to LOVE this hotel. The view from the room included the pool and the sea - it was beautiful! The beds are very comfortable, and the room itself is very well-designed. The hotel also has a great water park, a play ground, and a child center - all were wonderful. My kids loved it. To be honest, I can't think of one thing that isn't wonderful about this hotel.

Very welcoming, quite quiet for half term week which was great. Sunbeds always available, you didn't have to reserve them Staff were amazing, gave us a free upgrade to a swim up pool room, the pool was wonderful, the little beach is cobbles which didn't matter, to swim in the warm sea was great, the sunrise which we watched from the beach was beautiful. We were recommended a boat trip to Lindos by reception team, 42 euros each, taxi picked us up at 8am, got a boat from Rhodes Town, it had swimming stops on the way, absolutely amazing

Centrally located in Faliraki, 100 metres from the sandy beach, Maestro Apartments Faliraki provides rooms with air conditioning. The property is located 2 km from Rhodes Waterpark and Antony Quinn Bay. All rooms have a terrace with city views.

Before getting there we were worried about the noise, but it wasn't as loud as we expected it (ear plugs can help). The owner and the staff were very nice and willing to help you with any question or problem. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed every other days. Breakfast's size was huge. I highly recommend it!

Nice stay, very beautiful place, staff are super nice and friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel facilities are great, many pools to choose from and because it is adults only it was very quiet and peaceful. The food at restaurant was delicious. Beautiful location, very quiet and peaceful, beach was nice and fine, but nothing special either. Will definitely come back to this resort again in the future if I have the choice.

There is definitely a feeling of luxury about this resort. Despite having large numbers of guests, it never felt overcrowded. There are plenty of pools to choose from and we found sunbeds available when we wanted them. The staff were polite and friendly. We stayed there with our 12 year old daughter, in a junior suite. She was on a sofa bed which was very comfortable and our double bed was also very comfortable.

Liked the adults only area in the Ellia resort, otherwise it was crowed with children. Buffet food wasn’t the best, but a le cart restaurants were fab. The facilities were good and I am pleased you could go over to the adults only hotel, next time will book there, only didn’t because this hotel was all inclusive max

We had an amazing stay at Helea Family Resort. The location was breathtaking, with stunning sea views and well-maintained gardens. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The resort's facilities catered to everyone, from the water park for the kids to the infinity pool for adults. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff. The dining options were delicious, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Overall, a perfect five-star beach getaway for families. Highly recommended!

The food and all inclusive aspect was very good. We stayed in the pool bungalows and felt the place was run down and needed to be renovated. The shower leaked. The resort on a whole needs a bit of a face lift

I have to admit that as a man who traveled a lot, I was pleasantly impressed by the resort. I noticed first of all the kindness of the staff. At the reception..SOFIA… of a perfect professionalism, kindness to the same extent. Thank you Sofia! The restaurant surprised me with the quality of the food considering that it is an All Inclusive system! And here I have to mention Raluca… very attentive and with a lot of care for the client! A place where you do not regret the decision to stay longer than you intended.

I liked the location and view from the hotel. I also liked the fact that part of your all inclusive package meant that you did not need to pay for your sunbed at the beach, nor for your beach towels and even drinks like some other resorts on Rhodes.
