Breakfast was amazing! Lots of very delicious food. The best breakfast we had out of the 4 hotels we were staying at in Crete. Everyone at the Hotel was very friendly and helpful. Poll area and garden is wonderful, even though we did not spend a lot of time there.

Wow. Everything was amazing. From the huge two bedroom, two showers and huge balcony apartment, to the excellent tasty food choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner (and the snacks with the gyros option), to the amazing animation team who my kids just fell in love with during our stay. No wonder the hotel is rated above 9. I do not understand the people that complain about the food. Don't believe them. Each bite i took from any dish i took on my plate was perfect

Lovely position close to the beach. Every part of the hotel, inside and out, kept very clean. Standard of staff extremely high as they were all very helpful and friendly.

The property was very clean and the interior very well designed. It was light, spacious with great sunsets from the upstairs terrace. The outside space was perfect, the pool was heated and well worth paying for this at this time of year as we swam in this every day and were never cold! The gym area, jacuzzi and sauna were much appreciated by my teenage daughters! Location was great, a 10 minute taxi ride into Chania town. The owners was very helpful and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyed.
