    We love going to The Bay. It's a new development built in a traditional cottage style, lots of variety, a bit like a traditional village. The houses are all around a quiet private road that runs through the resort with a pub, gym, pool, shop and a few other facilities on site. Located right next to the beach in Filey Bay it couldn't be better.

    A very clean, comfortable and well appointed property. Cannot fault it. Had a lovely Christmas weekend and would definitely stay there again. The Bay at Filey is an excellent location to visit the main East Coast resorts.

    The location was great, just a short walk to the beach. You can walk along the beach to Filey itself, get a coffee or lunch, then head back within a couple of hours. It was lovely and quiet at the resort, mainly because of the time of year. Would imagine it's a lot more lively in warmer months as it's very much a family resort.

    Seascape Filey struck a lovely balance between the privacy of your own modern cottage, with communal facilities (cafe, pub, swimming pool) just 2 minutes walk away. The stroll to the beach is more like 10 mins, but still right on your doorstep. It's a great family resort.
