    The tiny house had everything you could need for a break. We loved the modern feel, everything was spotlessly clean. The coffee machine was a lovely addition. You can walk along the river to Ballater in about 30 minutes, lovely quiet walk. And of course the hot tub was a real luxury after spending our days hillwalking.

    The cottage is beautiful; very clean and stylish. The bed is extremely large and comfortable. This was literally our best nights' sleep for a long time. Luxury white, fluffy towels were provided along with luxury bath and shower soaps. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. We had a relaxing stay whilst being close enough to walk to Ballter, cycle for miles and enjoy Braemar Games.

    Superb B&B. Hosts and staff were very welcoming. The room was very comfortable and a great size . Breakfast was superb. This truly is luxury accommodation and well worth the price.     Ballater is a little luxury village right next to Balmoral Castle. Lovely downtown with beautiful houses, great shops and restaurants. St. Andrews house is itself a small castle. The owners live downstairs and upstairs there’s some rooms plus and apartment rented out for guests. We spent 2 nights in the apartment, it was very nice and specious, clean and had everything we needed. Easy parking in front of the building. Natalie and Tony was very welcoming and made us breakfast freshly every morning. We felt like royals.

    Location - beautiful yet just a few mins from the town for facilities Quaintness! And some luxury with it - like lovely decor in the hut, the log burner and on-tap tea, coffee and hot chocolate which was very appreciated The breakfast was def worth it - fresh croissants were a treat! Very friendly hosts who were happy to help when we needed a refill of hot chocolate and an extra pillow

    Check-in was very speedy, staff welcoming and friendly. The hotel was very comfortable and spotlessly clean with ample off street parking. Our bedroom had everything we needed, comfy beds, lovely linen, luxury toiletries and nice garden view. Breakfast was excellent with ingredients locally sourced and freshly prepared. The cooked breakfast was hot on arrival and there was an excellent selection of beverages, cereals, fruit and home-baking to choose from the buffet. Will book to stay again.
