The resort was beautiful. We stayed in one of the ocean front bures. We stayed in early March so the resort was pretty empty but I'm sure there is a lot going on during their busy season. The staff was friendly and helpful. Leitia and Nino were awesome.

Guests enjoy free use of snorkeling equipment, bicycles, stand up paddle boards, windsurfers and glass bottomed kayaks. A beautiful, quaint, island beach resort. Even though there is only one restaurant at the resort, the food is exceptional and very reasonably priced. The staff are very friendly and made our experience enjoyable and special. I have no reservations in recommending this resort to friends and family. We loved every minute of our stay. Shout out to Stee and Tomasi who made our stay so enjoyable.

Situated in front of a long white sandy beach, Plantation Island offers palm-fringed accommodation in Malolo Lailai’s blue lagoon. The resort features an outdoor pool and massage facilities.

The typical ‘Bure’ bungalows of the Plantation Island Resort combine a traditional Polynesian décor with modern furnishings. Amenities include private bathrooms, air conditioning and a deck.

Everything about Plantation is amazing. The best family resort - so much for the kids to do! ( I read 4 entire novels - I can't remember the last time I has enough alone time to do that!). Definitely recommend hiring bikes to get around. The kids loved all the kids club activities - they can opt in and out depending on what they are interested in. They LOVED the new jungle water park. The staff are wonderful - especially Nenisa (sp?) at the Ocean bar learning my name and favourite order from the first day hahaha. The wonderful kids club team and the staff at the Black Coral restaurant especially delivering great service. The Polynesian night show was a highlight as well as the activities for adults such as the cooking classes. Great family sized rooms. We will definitely be back!

What a fantastic holiday we had at Castaway, we were very sad to leave. It is a beautiful island and even thought the resort was full when we were there, it did not feel like that. There is so much space it feels very peaceful. The staff are friendly and welcoming and an absolute highlight

This is paradise on earth, we stayed for 5 nights with our two children (2) and (5) and they had the best fun in the kid's club. Seini Karavaki was our nanny and she was our Mary Poppins in Fiji, we cant recommend this wonderful resort more. Naomi who worked in the restaurant (which delivered the most wonderful meals) felt like an old friend by the time we left. Such a wonderful holiday, I cant wait to come back with more family!
