Featuring glass igloo accommodation in Kilpisjärvi, this property is located beside the Vasara Reindeer Ranch, next to the Kilpisjärvi wilderness area. Guests can enjoy mountain views and hunting for the Northern Lights in the surroundings.

This was the best stay we have ever had. Everything was perfect. I had no idea that this was on a reindeer farm, there were easily 500 free roaming reindeer. We were fortunate to see and fall asleep to the northern lights from the bed. Amazing stay.

Nestled between the shores of Lake Kilpisjärvi and the slopes of Saana Fell, Kilpisjärven Retkeilykeskus offers rooms with a private bathroom. The resort has a restaurant, sauna, and meeting and banquet facilities.

The room is small but very functional, clean, comfortable. Excellent staffs, everyone was so helpful.

    It’s more than just a resort. Very clean and high end. Love the sauna and the Christmas tree. Very comfortable bed. Nice view.

    A great holiday resort. Our cabin was spacious and cozy, it was furnitured very well, in kitchen there was everything needed. Beds were comfortable. It was surrounded with the northern nature, there was a brook flowing along it and from our windows we could see the monumental moutain Saana. There were reindeers walking in the resort. The restaurant of the resort had a big choice of delicious meals.

    The location is amazing and the apartments are really well maintained and cozy. The staff members are absolute legends. The resort turns into a winter wonderland! I left an expensive Bose speaker in the apartment by mistake. They actually shipped it back to me in the Netherlands! Also helped us with a very late check in.

    Our resort was great, with nice view, the staff was very friendly, in particular Marius helped us a lot in a difficult situation!! We had all comforts there and we had lot of fun.
