Superb windows - you never hear the noise from outside unless you want to enjoy the balcony relaxing and listening to the night club life when your kids are asleep. ACs are really wonderful - you sleep like a child whatever your comfort temperature is. Kids have their space as well. Parking is 24/7 available, no need to find a spot.
