Definitely the best hotel I’ve ever been in my life. It was one of the best experience going on holidays. Big facilities, every single part of the hotel was clean, huge variety of food including tradicional food from Cape Verde, amazing views and the most important part LOVELY AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF, Starting from reception passing through housekeeping and finishing with my favourite ones the ANIMATION TEAM. You have a big group of professionals taking care of everyone and they deserve to know it because without them our stay would have never been the same. Gary, Paulo, Lucas, Pablo, Lori, Yurke, Camila, Edo, Ricard, koofe, Alessandra, Roberta, Xixo, Eder… take care of your team because they are amazing and they make the difference. Thank you so much!!!     You pay for the silence, the view of the beach and the stars at night ! You wake up and fall asleep to the wave sound. you see stars touching the ocean , the whole interior feels like home (bungalow 15a, march). Surrounded by all inclusive places there were rarely people passing by. Christina was so kind and she organized Vegan options for me !!! We were lucky with all other guests as we barely noticed them.

    Breakfast was simple but more than adequate excellent coffee, undercover tables and open air. In the evening restaurant served excellent meals with people arriving by taxi to eat there. Location of hotel ideally situated for both town and beach, just remember this is a traditional hotel not a vast resort hotel.

    Travelling with my son. We really liked the apartment. It was very spacious, clean and had a well stocked kitchenette. Bed and sofa bed were both comfortable. It was only a few minutes walk to the town centre and the nearest beach - which was amazing. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend here if you want to avoid the resorts and have a more local feel.

    we had a great time at Okeanos, our hosts were lovely and very helpful, the setup with several apartments per floor meant we could meet and have a little chat with our neighbors on the balcony if we wanted to, the location in the center of town gave us the feeling we get to experience Sal Rei life more closely than in an all inclusive hotel with shops, markets and cafes around the corner, different beaches in walking distance and nightly sightings of wild donkeys. Thank you Laurence, Gerald and Alfredo, we’ll come again!

    very lovely place on the beach ❤️ 👌🏻 Very relaxed and quiet especially comparing to the resorts on the island. the people are very friendly and the rooms are very clean. Michaela, the host, was very helpful and knows the nice places around the island. you can ask her to make reservations and to contact a taxi. so… we recommend Villa Christina and love to go back sometimes!     Amazing location, very nice bungalow, super good host that brought us perfect breakfast at previously agreed time so we could enjoy them from our terrace with the view on the ocean. would definitely recommend and cone again. nice peaceful place compared to those monstrosity all inclusive hotels on the island.
