Staff were hospitable and warm - they even baked a birthday cake for the celebration of our child. The reserve was family friendly, and we had alot of good sightings of giraffes, zebras and kudus amongst many others.

The Town is a mess. I grow up in the Limpopo Province and visits Musina regulary since 1983. I did not go and eat out. I bring my food along and eat at the Lodge.
The scenic beauty of the mountainous Haenertsburg region can't be over emphasized. We enjoy it for cycling, fishing, hiking, quad biking, horse riding, canopy tours - as well as the beautiful photographic opportunities it presents. Close by is the 20th steepest mountain pass in South Africa, which is awesome to drive as you leave the edge of the Limpopo escarpment and head into the low-veld about 500m lower down. The weather is moderate with frequent fog and refreshing rainfall. Its well worth a visit.
We did not spend lot of time in Phalaborwa our self we really tried to stay out of the shops, although it is small it just have the necessary shops to do quick shopping for the stuff you forget at home. Very friendly people and helpful, yes it was very nice and I really think if you have't been that side of Africa do yourself the favor and go Limpopo is beautiful specially the mountains
It's a beautiful small town in Limpopo. Offers the traveller a variety of accommodation offers and interesting activities to try. We were only there for 1 night, but could easily stay for a week.
Hoedspruit is still a place where you feel like you are in the bushveld but everything you need is within close proximity. There are plenty shops and restaurants and it is so conveniently located to travel to most tourist attractions in Mpumalanga and Limpopo.
Beautiful and quaint! Great home ground whilst visiting the stunning sites of Limpopo. Check out the local brewery (Zwakala), challenging hike and the local restaurants for a good time! Not to be missed!
I enjoyed Savanah, Limpopo and North Mall. The people are very friendly and the town is quite and peaceful. There is more visible policing and facilities are world class.

It was the second time we stayed at the Outpost. For us it is one of the best Lodges in South Africa. We like the open concept of the rooms and the landscape surrounding the lodge. It is just so relaxing being in Kruger without the traffic jams of the south. Maybe there are places to see more big 5 animals but going to the fever tree forest is just unique as have the sundowner on the banks of Limpopo River with the Hippos. If you are looking for a special experience, go there.

The hosts were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The hotel room was very well equipped with everything one could possibly need. The vistas from the hotel were breathtakingly beautiful. The food was simply delicious and of extraordinary quality. Overall, it was the most amazing stay during our trip in SA.

Everything about our stay here was exceptional and we were lucky to see the big 5 and stay in such a beautiful setting. We felt our safari drivers/guide Mary and Michael went above and beyond - they were both incredible at spotting animals and extremely knowledgeable. All the staff were kind and we can’t forget our waiter Gloria who greeted us with a big smile every meal time. Overall the very best holiday we could have asked for.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming, our room was very clean and neat, basically all was in order.
