Masorini Bush Lodge is a wonderful place and we felt like home from the first day. Natasha, Eric and their dog are amazing hosts! They made us feel very welcome and helped with a lot of things: visiting the Kruger Park, organizing home made dinners by the fire and prepping good breakfast in the morning. The rooms are comfortable, big and have everything you need. The location is also convenient, since it is close to the Kruger Park and if you are lucky you get to see some animal visitors during the evening as well (we saw an elephant).

The host was like no other. very friendly very attentive, yiu are catered to as yiu would be in a 7 star resort. everything here was above and beyond! A lot of luxury resorts could learn from Aleta the host how to treat your guests. Don’t think too long about booking here because if you miss it, you will regret it! the food is amazing, great selection at the bar. Aleta even packed a picnic basket for us when we were going to Kruger for a day. This is truly a top notch property. I travel extensively and pick my accommodations according to reviews on service and cleaneliness, this place beats all my stays so far! Will definitely stay again when visiting the area. Highly reccomend.

They took us to a big five property to do safari one day and in the other we booked a full-day Kruger safari with them. Both were great, recommend it for everyone.

The staff is super helpful, kind, fun, and always go above and beyond. Highly recommend this lodge if you search something more intimate. Food is amazing, the game drives are fun and rich, and everything is made for you to feel the best.

Everything was great, beautiful lodge and perfectly clean room and comfortable bed. Liezel and Willie were so kind and when I couldn't get a ride they even drove me to town! I recommend staying longer as there is so much to do in Hoedspruit. Try the Thirsty Giraffe.

The shared kitchen is beautiful and well equipped. Whilst we only did a quick stop over before crossing border into Botswana the next morning, I could definitely do an extra night or two to explore the place more next time.

Tomo Safari Lodge was close to the airport. It took us less than a half hour to arrive. The staff was very attentive and tried to make our stay more enjoyable. The room was cosy, bed comfortable, food delicious. We enjoyed game rides, walks, helicopter flight and relaxing next to pool and on terrace with a view. Everything was as expected. Thank you.

The best value for money safari in South Africa, in our opinion. There are plusher lodges, and there are bigger reserves. But Honeyguide/Entabeni is a fantastic lodge in a private reserve, for a fraction of the cost of the alternatives. The rangers are brilliant. There was one issue with the room, solved easily and amicably. We've been multiple times, and would happily go again.
The stay at Mabula game Lodge was cancelled due to a over booking on their side, was transferred to a sister lodge Safari Plains, the stay was very enjoyable.
We loved Tshukudu Game Lodge. Being on its on big 5 reserve meant every safari drive was right out the gate and there were so many different animals to spot! the staff were unbelievably sweet and helpful! The recently done swimming pool area and spa were so glamorous and lovely!
Makweti is stunning. The decor is exceptionally tasteful and African; the food is restaurant standard and the staff are so helpful. My wife and I have been fortunate enough to stay in many different Safari lodges but this one has easily been the best so far. The guide, Neil, is superb and individualised the drives to suit the needs of guests whilst passing on his 24 years worth of experience. A truly special place - we will go back.
World class service and accommodation. We really liked the traditional thatch roof lodges, but with very modern touches - including white linen and white towels. The housekeeping team were fantastic, with the rooms cleaned almost every time we left them. The food was exceptional - so unique and diverse across all 4 days that we were there. Our game ranger, Joseph, was exceptionally knowledgeable and so polite. He made a huge effort to make sure we had the best safari possible. The view from both the restaurant and the rooms is incredible.
