For dinner, the hotel chef even came out to speak to us make sure our kids had something they enjoyed eating and he wanted to cook something they could eat because of their dietary restrictions. Very kind and thoughtful of him! Breakfast was delicious and many options to choose from.

We loved everything from the location, only 20min drive from Blyde River Canyon with more beautiful stops along the way. The host was super kind and had prepared firewood and even kindling for us to keep warm at night! Would definitely stay there again.

She helped us with anything we needed, arranged a private tour guide for our hike around the blyde river canyon and also was just there and very warm-hearted. There is also some beakfast in the morning with fruits - so lovely.

The chalets were nestled within beautiful mountains and scenery. My parents and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. The hostess, Sharon was very welcoming and advised me about the routes to take when touring the area. Our stay at Sabie Star was a very pleasant and memorable experience.
