The hotel had experience zero to no snow but they arranged a transfer up the mountain for us to experience it. The rooms were nicely sized and comfortable and the bathrooms modern with all the amenities we were looking for. The hotel is adjoined to a popular cafe in Kars (which is also owned by them) and served up an overwhelming traditional Turkish breakfast everyday. Super value in this.
