Conveniently set in the centre of Erzurum, OTEL ÇINAR is 700 metres from Lala Mustafa Pasa Mosque. We were 12 persons traveling to Erzrum and we found this hotel appropriate. We had a really nice time there and it was so comfortable. There was a reception called Karim. He supported us in any way that he could. He knows the city really well so fell free to ask any question that comes to your mind! He also made the tea every hour for the whole hotel members when they came back tired they can benefit the best tea ever!

We stayed in Erzurum for just one night, we wish we had stayed longer in this beautiful city. We thank the hotel staff for a comfortable stay and the guy at the reception was extremely friendly, and he gave us a great room, it was just the soundproofing isn't that great in this hotel. The guy also gave us maps and told us what to visit and thanks to him, we got to visit the beautiful Palandoken (a skier's paradise) which was perfect. The breakfast too was scrumptious. We would definitely love to visit this place again.
Thank you so much for the hospitality and helpfulness during the time we stayed at the hotel. The breakfast is super, the location is excellent, the room is big, clean and the rate is reasonable. We definitely will choose Karavansaray Hotel again if happen to be at Palandoken again.
