A quiet town by the Danube, close to the scenic spots in the Iron Gate National Parks
The location overlooking the Danube and the Iron Gate. Beautiful sunset. Excellent place to explore the fantastic scenery along the Danube on both sides of the Valley. Nice Poolside. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. We had just an overnight stay and travelled the next day over the Iron Gate into Serbia.

The staff is amazingly helpful and polite. The location is ideal as a base for exploring the Iron Gates of the Danube. The beach is right outside. Also, this is one of the very few hostels that are genuinely pet friendly (meaning, in shared room).

The property is very clean and elegant. The location is exceptional and they provide boat tours, so you don’t have to go to Orsova. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Florin who continously attended to our needs during the. Very friendly and accomodating manager and staff. Modern and well furnished room. View on the Danube. I really enjoyed my meal, catfish, and the red house wine. We only stayed one night on the way through.

The place is awesome . The view is breathtaking. The hosts are amazing and accommodating . The room was small but with everything you might need. also it smelled super clean. In the evening we had a group dinner with large buffet of local dishes and local dishes. In the morning we had a nice breakfast with Serbian coffee. You can hike the area.
